Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the respondents.

Present application is filed for grant of permission to amend the grounds and prayer clause of the writ petition.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned orders dated 31.03.2021 and 06.12.2023 are already placed on record of the original writ petition, however, inadvertently the grounds which are required remain to be raised. Therefore, he seeks permission to amend the grounds by adding grounds "M" to "R", so also

2 10-WP No.3722.2024 amendment in prayer clause by adding prayer clause (i-a) after prayer clause (i).

In my considered opinion as the orders are the part of record of writ petition, raising additional grounds or prayer clause challenging the same is not caused any prejudice to the respondents.

As such, the Civil Application is allowed.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week. Copy of amended petition be supplied to the learned Counsel for the respondents.

7.

The respondents on receipt of amended copy of writ petition, filed their submission within a period of two weeks thereafter.

8.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.

9.

List the matter on 15.04.2025.

10.

Interim order to continue till next date.
