Applicant is seeking transfer of proceedings under Petition No. A/558 of 2014 from the file of Family Court No. 1, Nagpur to Family Court, Amravati. The said petition is filed by respondenthusband for restitution of conjugal rights. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. There are no other proceedings pending in any Court at Amravati. Earlier proceedings filed by applicant-wife for grant maintenance have been disposed of. It is open for applicant-wife to claim travelling expenses to attend the proceedings at Nagpur from Amravati. No prejudice would be caused to the applicants if proceedings are allowed to continue at Nagpur. Application is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE joshi
