The civil application seeks withdrawal of the entire compensation amount deposited by the appellant. Though the same is opposed by Shri Kasat, learned counsel for the appellant, however, since there is no dispute regarding the property of the claimants having been acquired, 50% of the amount deposited with accrued interest is permitted to be withdrawn by the claimants, subject to the usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

In case the RTGS details are submitted, the amount be transferred to the accounts of the claimants. 3.

The civil application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. No order as to costs.
