Shri Marathe, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Fulzele, learned Additional GP for respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 4 and Shri Khubalkar, learned counsel for respondent No. 3.

Shri Marathe, learned counsel, in the first half has pointed out that the grievance of the petitioner can be redressed by issuing directions to comply with the communication dated 20.01.2015 sent by the Accounts Officer - Respondent No. 4 to the office of Government Pleader. Its copy is also addressed to the present petitioner. The communication is taken on record as Exh. X for identification.

The learned AGP submits that if the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by modalities prescribed in the said communication, writ petition can be accordingly disposed of.

We, accordingly, direct the petitioner as also

42wp2230.14 Respondent No. 3 to arrange for production of original for perusal of Respondent No. 4 and if necessary, for perusal of Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur. Respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 4 shall also arrange to obtain necessary permission of the Task force head i.e. Deputy Director of Education, as per said communication. These steps be taken within a period of three months from today.

With these directions, we dispose of the present writ petition. No order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
