C.A.O. NO.491/2018 For the reasons stated in the application, the appellant is permitted to serve the legal representatives of respondent Nos.1(i), (iii) and (iv) by publishing the notice in newspaper having wide circulation at Mumbai and Pune. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.

FIRST APPEAL STAMP NO.14835/2016 The learned Advocate for the appellant states

2 cao491.18 that there is possibility of amicable settlement as, prima facie matter appears to be covered under the policy of Government of Maharashtra incorporated in the Government Resolutions dated 3rd November, 2016 and 23rd November, 2017.

The learned Advocates for the respective parties state that the matter be placed before the National Lok-Adalat, Nagpur scheduled on 14th April, 2018.

The parties to appear before the National Lok-Adalat, Nagpur on 14th April, 2018 at 11 a.m. The learned Advocate for the appellant shall send copy of this order to respondent Nos.1(ii), 1(iv), 2(ii), 2(iii), and 2(v) by speed post acknowledgement due, supplying postage stamps till 28th March, 2018.
