This is an application for condonation of delay of 128 days in filing the appeal. Notice was issued in this application on 20.07.2017. Record shows that all the respondents have been served, but, none appears on their behalf.

Hence for the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed and delay is condoned. Civil Application No. 3038/2017 This is an application for grant of stay filed on behalf of the appellant. While issuing notice in this application on 20.07.2017, stay of the effect and operation of the impugned award was granted subject to the appellant depositing the entire decretal amount in this Court within a period of eight weeks. The record shows that the appellant has made such deposits within the stipulated period of time. Hence the interim order dated 20.07.2017 is confirmed and this application is disposed of.
