The present application is for seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal. The applicant is the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation, who has to obtain the necessary permission for filing the appeal, wherein the time was consumed and therefore, there is six days delay in filing the appeal is properly explained.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed, delay of 06 days is condoned. FIRST APPEAL STAMP NO.19490/2022 First Appeal be registered.
