We deem it appropriate to direct the Executive Engineer, under whom the Assistant Engineer (O&M) Urban-2, Pusad is working, to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as the rejection of the prayer of the petitioner for grant of electricity connection is based on the baseless reasons. The Executive Engineer shall forthwith look into the issue and if so required, cause an order of providing provisional electricity connection to the petitioner. 3.

Let the decision be taken by the Executive Engineer within a period of one week from today.
