The original plaintiffs are aggrieved by the order passed below Exhibits-111 and 112. By these applications the plaintiffs desired to call for the records of R.C.S. No.45/2012. It is seen that present plaintiffs are defendants in that suit. The applications have been filed when the case was fixed for final arguments. Hence I am not inclined to exercise writ jurisdiction. By keeping the points raised in the writ petition open for being urged in the appeal if necessary, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
