The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the encroacher upon a Government land. He has filed application for regularization. The Gram Panchayat has also passed resolution. However, the same is not yet decided. The learned counsel submits that the report is also submitted by the office of the Tahsildar, Karanja (respondent No.5). 2.

In case the proposal of the petitioner for regularization is pending with the respondent No.3 and the respondent No.3 is competent to decide it, then the respondent No.3 shall take decision upon the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within nine months. 3.
