21st April, 2016 Heard Shri C.G. Barapatre, learned Adv., for the applicant and Shri Jawade, learned APP for the nonapplicant. The applicant was arrested in Crime No. 770/15 registered against her for offences punishable under Sections 3,4,5 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. This Court, by Order dated 5th February, 2016, directed that the applicant be released on bail. This Court directed the applicant to file an Undertaking on Affidavit within a period of two weeks from the date of the order, that she will not indulge in such type of offence. Though the applicant was released on bail, she did not file the Undertaking within two weeks, as directed by this Court and, therefore, the matter was listed before Court. An order came to be passed on 1st
March, 2016 recalling the order granting bail for noncompliance of the directions given by the order dated 5th February, 2016.
The applicant has now filed the present application seeking bail in the same crime, again. The applicant has surrendered on 11th April, 2016 and is in custody.
The applicant has filed an Undertaking on Affidavit, sworn on 30th March, 2016, stating that she will not indulge in similar activities.
Considering the facts, the following order is passed:-
O R D E R
The applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 770/15, registered by the Applicant, on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.
10,000/- [rupees ten thousand only] and one solvent surety in the like amount.
