Learned Counsel for the appellant, upon instruction, makes a categorical statement that he shall deposit the amount under judgment delivered by the Reference Court within one week from today. The said statement is accepted.

The appellant shall deposit the amount of

1473.17ca (2) compensation as ordered by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha in Land Reference Application No.303 of 2007 vide judgment and order dated 25th September, 2014, in appeal, within a period of one week from today.

If the aforesaid amount is deposited within stipulated period, there shall be stay to the further execution.

With above above observations, the application stands disposed of.
