The petition challenges the invalidation order dated 28.02.2019 passed by respondent no.1 - Committee. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not press the caste claim since the service benefits as well as retirement benefits are protected by the Government Resolution dated 14.12.2022.

We are of the considered opinion that the petition can be disposed of by directing respondent no.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner with regard to service benefits and post-retirement benefits in terms of Government Resolution dated 14.12.2022. Respondent no.1 is directed to take decision within a period of one month from the date of certified copy of the order being produced before it.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
