By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay, which is caused in preferring the appeal against acquittal.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that due to the ailment, the applicant could not approach his counsel, and therefore, delay of 19 days is caused.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, which appears to be reasonable and satisfactory one. The delay in filing the criminal appeal deserves to be condoned.

The sole respondent though served, none appeared for the respondent. In view of that, delay of 19 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. The criminal application allowed and disposed of. rkn
