As per the order passed by the Division Bench on 24th March, 2017 Writ Petition No. 1805 of 2017 is registered as Civil Application No. 772 of 2017.

By this application, the applicants pray that the interim protection granted by this Court by the order passed in Writ Petition No. 87 of 2017 on 13th January, 2017 be continued for a period of 15 days from the date of passing of order by the Hon'ble Minister in the revision filed by the applicants.

The same submission was made on behalf of the applicants/ petitioners when the order dated 13th February, 2017 came to be passed. By the order passed on 13th February, 2017, it is directed that the interim order granted by this Court on 13th January, 2017 shall continue till the revisional Authority passes order on the prayer of the petitioners for grant of interim relief. The applicants apprehend that without communicating the order on prayer of the applicants for grant of interim relief, the authorities

2 caw772.17 may proceed to take action adverse to the applicants. Though at this stage it cannot be said that the apprehension of the applicants is well founded, considering the facts of the case, it is ordered that the directions given in Clause (iii) of the operative part of the order passed in Writ Petition No. 87 of 2017 on 13th February, 2017 shall be read to mean that the interim order granted by this Court on 13th January, 2017 shall continue till the order which may be passed by the revisional Authority on the prayer of the applicants for grant of interim relief is communicated to any of the applicant. The civil application is disposed accordingly. Authenticated copy of this order be given to the parties.
