According to learned counsel for the appellant the first appeal is to be decided by the District Court in view of the change in pecuniary jurisdiction. That being so, proceedings be transferred to the District Court having pecuniary jurisdiction.

The appellant may move for ad interim relief before the District Court concerned within a period of two weeks. If such application is made, learned District Judge concerned is requested to decide that application.

Till the ad interim order upon relief application is passed by learned District Judge concerned in the appeal, the respondents shall be restrained from executing the decree.
