Learned Counsel for the appellant, upon instruction, makes a categorical statement that he shall deposit the amount under judgment delivered by the Reference Court within one week from today. The said statement is accepted.

The appellant shall deposit the amount of

1472.17ca (2) compensation as ordered by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha in Land Reference Application No.141 of 2006 vide judgment and order dated 16th January, 2013, in appeal, within a period of one week from today.

If the aforesaid amount is deposited within stipulated period, there shall be stay to the further execution.

With above observations, the application stands disposed of.
