We deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with only observation that the mandate issued by this Court on 23-10-2023 in Writ Petition No.855 of 2023 [Kishor Shivramji Kuthe and others Versus The State of Maharashtra and others] with connected petition, i.e. Writ Petition No.495 of 2023 [Kishor Girmaji Kurwatkar and others Versus The State of Maharashtra and others] be extended and applied to all the similarly-placed persons, like the petitioners in this petition.
