DATE : JULY 12, 2016 Shri V. D. Muley, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in view of certain subsequent developments which the plaintiff intends to bring on record by amending the plaint.

Considering the fact that on account of subsequent events the interim relief as prayed for by the petitioner in the suit cannot be granted, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn. It is open for the petitioner to take such steps as are permissible in law for agitating his grievances before the trial Court.
