In this application, a prayer is made for quashing of the First Information Report No.64/2025, dated 30/01/2025, registered with Police Station, Beltarodi, Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 69, 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.

It is the case of the applicant that he has been falsely implicated in the alleged offence. It is submitted that the victim is married and therefore, there cannot be any promise of marriage from the side of the applicant. 4.

Considering the arguments made by the applicant and further perusal of the allegations made in the F.I.R. we cannot accept the submissions of the applicant at this stage, since it is a matter of evidence.

In that view of the matter, since this is not a fit case for quashing of the First Information Report, the application is rejected.
