s report and this was brought to the notice of the appellant some time in the year 2019. Till date no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.1.

Since sole contesting respondent no.1 has expired and the legal heirs are not brought on record, the proceedings are abated.
