By this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of the criminal case of R.C.C. No. 465/2021 on the ground that the learned trial Court has not considered the application of the present applicant for cancellation of the warrant.

Heard, learned counsel for the applicant, perused the application, and I have shown my disinclination to consider the said application.

Learned counsel for applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application.

Permission is granted to withdraw the present application. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The trial court shall consider the application filed by the applicant on its own merits.

6.

The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per Rule.
