Learned counsel Shri G.I.Dipwani for the petitioner, submits that though by the present writ petition order of Family Court dated 18.2.2020 is challenged granting interim maintenance to daughter, she is not made as party respondent. He, therefore, submits that he wishes to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file petition afresh.

The permission is granted.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file writ petition afresh challenging order dated 18.2.2020 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur.
