Prayer clauses (b) and (c) of the petition are not pressed. Liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the State Government in relation to the consequences arising of the said prayer clauses. 3.

As far as prayer clause (a) is concerned, we are informed by the learned Government Pleader that the State Government is already looking into the issue as regards assets of respondent No.3. 4.

We deem it appropriate to direct the State Government to take final decision expeditiously on the said issue. Order accordingly. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
