This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying that the Miscellaneous Judicial Case No.156 of 2013 pending before 3rd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Amravati may be transferred to the Court of 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati. It is further prayed that Regular Civil Suit No.337 of 2013 pending before 4th Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Amravati may be transferred to the Court of 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati. The applicants have placed on record the copy of the order passed by the learned Principal District Judge on 21st December, 2014 by which the application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been disposed as infructuous. It is recorded that on inquiry, it was found that the three applications i.e. M.J.C. No.168/2013, M.J.C. No.169/2013 and M.J.C. No. 214/2014 were pending before the 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati. This application is filed on 28th March, 2014.
