The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of non-applicant no.2 [informant] has pointed out that the trial has substantially progressed, therefore, this application may not be entertained. It is submitted that already charge is framed and till date evidence of 3 witnesses, including the informant, has already been recorded.

Having regard to said fact coupled with Rgd.

Order 2803apl570.22 the papers made available, at this juncture, we are not inclined to entertain the application for quashing of the prosecution. Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of. However, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
