The issue involved in this case was also involved in Writ Petition Nos.7106 and 7660 of 2013 and the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court had directed the State Government to formulate the policy and take a decision within time frame. It is stated that in similar petition a statement was made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the State Government would take a policy decision as early as possible. It is stated that in Writ Petition No.441 of 2014, this Court had, by an order dated 21/01/2015, directed the State Government to take a suitable decision by 30/04/2015. Since a direction to take a decision by 30/04/2015 is already issued in Writ Petition No.441 of 2014, there is no necessity to again pass a similar order in this petition also.

In view of this direction issued in Writ Petition No.441 of 2014, we dispose of this writ petition with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE KHUNTE
