DATE : 06.01.2016 The issue involved in this case was also involved in Writ Petition Nos.7106/2013 and 7660/2013 and the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court had directed the State Government to formulate the policy and take a decision within time frame. It is stated that in similar petition a statement was made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the State Government would take a policy decision as early as possible. It is stated that in Writ Petition No.441/2014, this court had, by an order dated 21.1.2015, directed the State Government to take a suitable decision by 30.4.2015. Since a direction to take a decision by 30.4.2015 is already issued in Writ Petition No.441/2014, there is no necessity to again pass a similar order in this petition also.

In view of this direction issued in Writ Petition No.441/2014, we dispose of this writ petition with no order as to costs.
