AUGUST 25, 2025 Learned A.P.P. has invited our attention to order dated 01.04.2025, wherein the Court permitted the investigating officer to investigate the matter but to file charge-sheet only after seeking leave of the Court. Accordingly, learned A.P.P. seeks leave to file Bsummary. 2.

In our view, leave is required only to file charge-sheet and not to file B-summary. Nonetheless, permission is granted as sought. B-summary shall be filed as early as possible. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in view of above, nothing survives in the application.
