Heard Shri Parchure, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Khan, AGP for the respondents.

In this Contempt Petition, it is the grievance of the petitioner that the directions given by this Court in the order dated 13.03.2018 in Writ Petition No. 5630 of 2016 have not been complied with by the respondents.

Ms. Khan, learned AGP appearing on behalf of the respondents has filed affidavit-in-reply and submits that as per the directions given in

2602cp96.19 paragraph No. 9 of the order of this Court dated 13.03.2018, the respondents have approved two posts out of seven posts. Insofar as directions given in paragraph 8 of the order of this Court are concerned, it is stated that in terms of Government Resolution dated 23.10.2013, approval to 14 employees, as per law has been granted.

In this view of the matter, in our considered view, the directions as given in the aforesaid writ petition have been complied with. Even if the petitioner has any grievance, it is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum as per law.

Contempt Petition is disposed of accordingly. Civil Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
