This is an appeal against the conviction under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by the appellant.

Vide order dated 24.03.2023, by way of interim arrangement, the substantive sentence has been suspended. In view of the facts and circumstances, the order of interim suspension of sentence is hereby confirmed. The sentence shall remain suspended on the same conditions as mentioned in the order dated 24.03.2023.

Criminal Application (APPA) No.362 of 2023 for suspension of sentence stands disposed of. JUDGE Tambe.
