It is noticed that the chargesheet was filed in the year 2021 and thereafter, the applicant waited for almost four years and then filed the present proceedings. However, by the time, the matter came before this Court, evidence in the trial has already commenced.

In view of the above, when the trial is at the stage of evidence, we do not want to interfere or consider the prayer for quashing of the chargesheet. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
