By this petition, the petitioners have challenged the order of rejection of the application by which the petitioner is seeking custody of the gold articles. 2.

The application of the present petitioner was rejected as there were no documents in support of the ownership of the said articles.

On showing the disinclination, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to file before the trial Court under Section 457 of Cr.P.C. at the time of disposal of the trial. 4.
