As Criminal Appeal No. 77/2016 filed privately is within time, we dispose of Criminal Appeal No. 211/2016. We direct the appellant - saudagar Suresh Janjal, to pay an amount of Rs. 200/- to High Court Legal Services Sub Committee for it.

If the amount is not deposited by the appellant, non-compliance be pointed out in Criminal Appeal No. 77/2016, by 8 weeks.
