Though the applications are opposed by the nonapplicants/respondent Nos.1 and 2, accepting the explanation given in the applications, delay of 226 days in filing the application praying for restoration of the appeal is condoned, the order passed by this Court on 10th April, 2017 is recalled and the first appeal is restored.

The Civil Application and Miscellaneous Civil Application are allowed accordingly.
