APRIL 03, 2017 Shri Bhoyar, the learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, makes a statement that he is armed with Cheque issued in the name of Registrar for an amount of Rs.6,65,600/- which will be deposited in this Court within a period of three days from today. In view of the said statement and upon assurance that the objections in the matter will be removed within a period of three days from today, the application stands restored. If the amount is not deposited and the objections are not removed within the time stipulated, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
