In view of the submissions made by learned Advocate for the petitioner, the order dated 06.03.2023 passed by learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge-7, Nagpur below Exh. 33 is set aside. The application (Exh.33) for cancellation of non bailable warrant is allowed, subject to costs of Rs.10,000/-. The costs be deposited before the trial Court on or before 10.04.2023.
