By present application, the respondents have prayed for vacating the stay granted by this Court vide order dated 14.10.2021.

This Court had directed to the appellant to furnish an affidavit giving details of the agricultural income. The affidavit was to be filed before the next date. The returnable date was after twelve weeks.

The learned counsel for the appellant states that he has filed affidavit on 23.02.2022.

Thus, it appears that the appellant has complied with the order, though little late which by itself be not a ground to vacate the stay granted by this Court.
