The learned advocate for the appellantCorporation states that the amount of compensation will be deposited by tomorrow as the Demand Draft is with him. The Regional Officer has filed affidavit pointing out the circumstances because of which there is delay in depositing the amount of compensation.

The appellant is permitted to deposit the amount of compensation within two weeks.

On deposit of the amount, it be given to the respondent No.1/Claimant.

The civil application is allowed in the above terms.
