Since the petitioner is already lodged in Open Prison and on earlier occasion he was directed to be released on PR Bond which order was duly complied with by the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to direct release of the petitioner on PR Bond, however rest of the conditions must be complied with by the petitioner. 3.
