By filing this application, Notice dated 14.11.2017 issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-4, Nagpur District, Nagpur and Chapter proceedings initiated vide Case No.32/2017 were challenged. 4.

Record shows that Stay was not granted to the applicant and on many occasions learned counsel for the applicant used to remain absent. On 3.8.2018, nonapplicants authorities were directed to conclude show cause proceedings initiated on 8.9.2017.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri Khan for the State, submits that authorities have already decided Chapter cases since there was no Stay from this court. The statement is accepted.

In this view of the matter, the criminal application can be disposed of as infructuous. 7.
