The prayer in the petition is to quash and set aside order dated 27/3/2014 passed by respondent no.1. That order was passed under Section 41-A of the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 directing certain arrangement to be made in relation to donations and grants received by a Public Trust. The petitioner has not made any alternate

1908wp1701.14 2/2 arrangement though he has withdrawn case papers from his earlier Counsel. The directions issued under Section 41-A of the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 are in force since 27/3/2014.

In this situation, we dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution.
