It is not in dispute that three applications for early hearing are already rejected. Now, in this application it is submitted that respondent No.3 is being considered for further promotion by D.P.C. scheduled in July, 2018. 3.

We, therefore, at this stage, are not inclined to grant any fixed date hearing.

However, with liberty to move again after said D.P.C., we dispose of the present civil application. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE Tambaskar.
