Shri O.Y. Kashid, learned Counsel for applicant submits that there is no dispute about the fact that the business of fabrication and welding of the petitioner falls in 'White Category' as per the final documents of revised classification of Industrial Sectors under Red, Orange, Green and White categories on 29/02/2016. He further submits that therefore, the applicant has evil eyed to apply the authority in compliance with the procedure. He therfeore, seeks clarification to that effect in the order dated 21/08/2023 by way of this review application. 2.

After going through the order, it is evident that there is no prohibition imposed by this Court, prohibiting the applicant to apply to the Pollution Control Board under the White Category.

Shri S.S. Sanyal learned Senior Advocate for respondent No.2 Pollution Control Board fairly states that if such application is filed, appropriate decision would be taken on the same, according to law.

In that view of the matter, I do not find any error in the impugned order passed by this Court. Accordingly, the review application is disposed of.
