By the present application, the petitioner is seeking to condone the delay of 211 days in filing the petition for review on the ground that he had challenged the impugned order before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and vide order dated 11.03.2024, the Hon'ble Supreme Court accepted the petitioner's request to withdraw the Special Leave Petition and to avail such remedy as is available in law. Thus, the time was spent in legal proceedings.

In view of above and for the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. The review application be registered and processed in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Maltesh Gudda Pooja Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors., 2011 (15) SCC 330.
