APRIL 03, 2017 Shri Bhoyar, the learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, makes a statement that he is armed with Cheque issued in the name of Registrar for an amount of Rs.8,91,587/- which will be deposited in this Court within a period of three days from today. In view of the said statement and upon assurance that the objections are removed within a period of 3 days from today, the application stands restored. If the amount is not deposited within the time stipulated, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
