APRIL 03, 2017 Shri Bhoyar, the learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, makes a statement that he is armed with Cheque issued in the name of Registrar for an amount of Rs.20,30,205/- which will be deposited in this Court within a period of one week from today. In view of the said statement and upon assurance that the costs as ordered on 11.03.2015 will be deposited along with additional costs of Rs.1,000/- with High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur, within a period of one week from today, the application stands restored. If the amount under the award and costs are not deposited within the time stipulated, the application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
