In the additional affidavit filed by the respondent No.6College, it has been stated that the services of petitioner Nos.1, 3, 6, 11, 12 and 14 to 16 have been terminated. Out of them petitioner Nos.1, 6, 11 and 12 have filed appeals before the University and College Tribunal which are pending. Insofar as petitioner Nos.2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 13 and 17 are concerned, they are working at various branches of the said college. The statements made in the aforesaid affidavit are accepted. In the light of these statements, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. It is accordingly disposed of. No costs. All pending civil applications stand disposed of accordingly.
