In view of the pursis and the letter issued by the learned counsel to the appellant, learned counsel for the appellant is discharged from appearance.
It appears that the appellant is not responding even to the counsel's letter, which indicates that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed under Order XL Rule 17 read with Order XLII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
