This is an application for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

Learned Advocate for the applicant/respondent Nos.1 to 6 submits that the First Appeal No.160 of 2019 filed by the appellant is dismissed, therefore, the applicants are entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by appellant in this Court. 3.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). The applicants are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon.
